If your upgrade is ready, the option to download and install should show up.
From there, select Update & Security and then Windows Update, then click the Check for updates button. Hit the Start button and type "Settings", then hit Enter to get to the Settings app. You can check and see if the Windows 11 upgrade is ready for your machine by navigating to your Windows Update settings page. If your PC meets Windows 11's minimum system requirements and you're running Windows 10, you should expect to get an offer from Microsoft to upgrade to Windows 11 sometime between October of 2021 and mid-2022.
